Jointure: Your Decision Velocity Partner

From proof of concept to production

After watching many companies start building with AI and seeing the frustration when they realise that they can't send localhost:3000 to others to use, Jointure was born.

Every app your team builds fast with AI still needs the same things underneath: sign-in, secrets, somewhere to put files, a way to read the ERP, an AI key with a cap on it. Solved once per app, each one gets solved differently, and mostly badly. Jointure does them once, and does them right, so your people get straight to the parts that add value.

The foundation

Jointure starts with the fundamentals a business can't improvise: sign-in is multi-factor, and built to run through the Microsoft directory you already have, so your own MFA policy applies. Your data is hosted in New Zealand, on Azure NZ North, sealed under your own tenant's encryption key.

No credential issued inside Jointure can reach our platform-operator functions, our database, or any other tenant — every operator action inside yours is time-boxed and lands in your own audit trail. And Jointure itself sends nothing to a model vendor: the AI client you already use does that, under the agreement you already hold with it. A shared vault for your own apps' secrets, one file store, and one door for AI are next.

A company brain, per business

Jointure is built around a “company brain” for each business: a knowledge repository of its own, fed by voice and by company context. Jointure Calls, now in beta, already turns a recorded phone call or a WhatsApp voice note into something your team can ask about. You choose whether each thing is shared across the whole company or kept to yourself.

From the brain, connectors reach out to your ERP, your CRM, Asana, HubSpot, whatever you run. A governed SQL Server connector works today; the rest are coming.

Knows what your data means

Every fact Jointure holds is graded: verified, documented, reported, or assumed. Not the answer — the fact underneath it. An answer is only ever as sure as what it's standing on, and you can see what that is.

Verified Documented Reported Assumed

Governs who can do what

Join the team and Jointure knows; leave, and it doesn't. One IT approval covers the front door — a policy your IT can actually state, once — and every call is recorded to an audit log.

Acts only when designed

Jointure reads. That's the default, and it's enforced in the software, not offered as a setting. A write is a different thing entirely — designed, approved and audited before it exists, never assumed.

Operated for you

Jointure is a service, delivered through a platform — already built, not something you assemble and run yourself. It's the accumulated best of every join we've made: the glue a business needs over and over, made once and kept working for you. A subscription, plus the engagement to steward it as your systems change. No lock-in.

Connectors are free everywhere; what you pay Jointure for is everything a free connector doesn't do. Get that right, and the ERP migration you were bracing for might be the one you don't have to make.

Jointure Calls turns a recorded conversation into a transcript, a summary and the action items — one governed capability inside the same tenant: same identity, same audit, same grading. See Calls →
