Who we are
This site is published by Sterling Industrial Group Ltd, trading as Jointure ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this notice, contact us at the details below.
The assessment form
The AI assessment page collects what you tell it: your name, business name, role, work email, website, and your answers about the task you'd like to make easier. Your name, business name and work email are the only fields we need — everything else is optional. The form also carries a hidden field and a load-time check used only to catch automated spam; neither is visible or active for a human visitor, and neither collects anything about you.
Submitting the form sends your answers by email to Sterling Industrial Group Ltd, trading as Jointure, 5 Tytus Place, Conifer Grove, Takanini, Auckland 2112, for a person to read and reply to, and saves the same answers as a row in a list in our Microsoft 365, so we can keep track of each assessment and our reply. Only our team can see that list, and Microsoft holds it for us in data centres in New Zealand. The service that relays your answers processes them in countries including the United States and Hong Kong.
If you tick the box for updates, we'll also send you occasional news from Jointure, and every email tells you how to opt out. We keep your answers, and any notes we add, for 12 months after our last personal reply to you (or after you submit the form, if we never reply), then delete them. If you stay subscribed we keep your name and email while we send updates; if you opt out we keep only your email address, so we don't email you again. You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time, at hello@jointure.co.nz. You can also complain to the NZ Privacy Commissioner, or the OAIC in Australia.
Other than that form and the contact form, this site asks nothing else of you. There's no sign-up and no login.
To make our reply worth reading, someone on our team may look at publicly available information about your business: your website, the Companies Office or NZBN register (or ASIC and ABN in Australia), relevant licence registers, published reviews and news, job ads, and the public professional profiles of people in named roles at your business. We look at the business and at people’s professional roles only, never home addresses, family details or personal social media.
We use AI tools to help organise this research and draft our reply. A person always reviews the reply before it’s sent. We’ll reply by email and may follow up about your request; every email tells you how to opt out.
The contact form
The contact page collects your name, your email, the topic you choose and your message, and your business and phone number if you give them. It carries the same hidden spam checks as the assessment form, which collect nothing about you.
Submitting it sends your message by email to Sterling Industrial Group Ltd, trading as Jointure, 5 Tytus Place, Conifer Grove, Takanini, Auckland 2112, for a person to read and reply to, and saves the same details as a row in a list in our Microsoft 365, so we can keep track of each enquiry and whether we've replied. Only our team can see that list, and Microsoft holds it for us in data centres in New Zealand. The service that relays your message processes it in countries including the United States and Hong Kong.
We use your details to reply to you and follow up on what you asked about. We may use AI tools to help draft our reply; a person always reviews it before it’s sent. If you tick the box for updates, we'll also send you occasional news from Jointure, and every email tells you how to opt out. We keep your enquiry, and any notes we add, for 12 months after our last personal reply to you (or after you submit the form, if we never reply), then delete them. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they read. It collects standard usage data — pages viewed, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. We have turned off Google Signals, ad personalisation, and data sharing for ads, and we don't collect any User ID. Analytics data is kept for two months and then deleted automatically.
Google acts as our processor for this data. Because Google's servers are located in the United States, this means your analytics data is transferred to and processed in the US. Google's own privacy practices govern that processing; see Google's Privacy Policy.
To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's tracking-protection or ad-blocking settings.
Video
The Drover Estate page has a short video hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you choose to play it. When you do, the player comes from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google receives your IP address and information about your device and your viewing, which Google’s Privacy Policy governs. We see only the view counts YouTube shows any channel owner.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft serves the site's files to your browser. It also runs the relay described above and holds our lists of assessments and enquiries in our Microsoft 365, on our behalf.
Emailing us
If you email hello@jointure.co.nz, that message — your address, name, and whatever you write — goes to our inbox and is handled like any other business correspondence. We use it only to respond to you. We don't add it to a mailing list or share it with anyone outside Sterling Industrial Group Ltd.
Calls to Zoë and to our main line
Calls to Zoë (+64 9 802 7270) and to our main line (+64 9 802 2298, press 1 for Daniel, press 2 for Zoë) are recorded. Zoë is an AI voice agent; she also transcribes her calls so we can pick up your details and the reason you called. Recordings and transcripts are handled for us by our call provider, CloudTalk, in the EU, and kept only as long as we need them to follow up. Zoë's notes of each call reach us by email, relayed through Microsoft's servers in Hong Kong. You can ask for a person at any time, or email us instead.
